8 Games That Got You/Someone You Know Addicted And It Is Annoying

Annoying yet addictive games, anybody? Sometimes it is not just that the game is annoying, the people around you also gets annoying when they are always playing it!
For example, our mummy is so addicted to all these games that when we were sightseeing in London, she had her face stuck on her phone playing games half the time and claimed that there's nothing to see in London. -.-
Anyway, I am sure there's more than 8 on the list but off-hand I can only think of 8, so here goes:

1) Bejeweled Blitz

Isn't the game only 60 seconds?? How come it's been 2 hours since I last sat down and fiddle with my phone?? This is the game where your life seems to flash past in 60-seconds periods. And wow you finally hit an all time record of 1,346,450 and you are the first in your list of friends but the tournament got renewed the very next day and you are back to "No score yet". WHAT?!

2) Candy Crush Saga

The popular smartphone game which the maker King applied to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. 

The game comes with stages that leads a path on a map that seems to promise you something very exciting if you cross the 3 big question marks/ mountains/ train tracks. So you spend all your time trying to clear the stages so you can reach there, but when you do successfully clear the stages and reached the top, it takes a very long while for the game to update with new stages. (And you probably won't admit the times when you actually paid 0.99usd just for that 3 more moves.)

On the bright side, if you play it while taking a dump and blast your speakers, you have someone complimenting your poo with "Delicious!" "Tasty!" and "Sweet!"

3) Monster World

"Build your dream garden!" it says. Except everyone's garden looks almost the same - all the plantations hogging up one big part of the farm in neat rows and the rest of the space is used to "store" your buildings and items. You will get around to decorate and make it all nice and stylish once you earn more coins.

Oh no I need friends to play so I can get certain quests done, okay I shall spam every friend on my Facebook with invites to play Monster World, I'm sure they will love it! (My mom used my brother's, my sister's, my aunt's and my Facebook account to play Monster World.)

4) Farmville

In case you didn't get what I mean when I mentioned above that a big part of the farm will be hogged up with rows of plantation...Farmville is pretty much the same thing.

And my mom is so addicted to this we contemplated to bring her to see a therapist.

The classic Farmville joke:

A dying granny tells her granddaughter, "I want to leave you my farm. That includes the villa, the tractor and other equipment, the farmhouse and $22,452,294.58 in cash." 

The granddaughter, about to be rich, says "Oh my granny, you are so generous. I didn't even know you had a farm. Where is it?"

With her last breath, her granny whispered, "Facebook..."

5) Angry Birds

You started this game with a very good vibe - it is interactive, there is a story-line and even the music and sound are catchy! It is also such a stress reliever to seemingly hurl fat birds at pigs and stuff.

Until it gets frigging everywhere. Angry Bird plush toys, Angry Bird pencil case, Angry Birds car decals, Angry Bird handphone cover, Angry Bird event at Changi Airport...AND how many variations and seasons of Angry Birds are there now?!

6) Left 4 Dead

Anyway, IMO...he's definitely a rightie.

7) Clash of Clans

You actually love this game until you are taken advantage of when your game went offline in the mid of setting your layout and the number of times the game actually "hang"pr you lose cos you have bad reception when fighting a war.

8) Flappy Bird

Oh God this game. I nearly threw my phone away after 4223985738292 tries. My mood is usually bad after Flappy Bird, like this:
